Doesn’t this photo make you think garden party?
It seems with so many trees in flower and color everywhere the earth is having a celebration.
I stumbled across this quote. Is it not perfect?
Spring is nature’s way of saying, “Let’s party!”
Robin Williams
Speaking of party!
There is a big party being planned for An Extraordinary Day!
It all starts on Monday with a guest post from someone who is a VIP in my blogging book and one of the first people that I connected with in the blog world. It will be an honor to have her here to help celebrate my first year of blogging.
But, that’s not all!! Every single day there will be a new giveaway….thoughtful things that will bless you.
You can help make this an Extraordinary celebration by popping by every day next week, and using the share buttons on the side to let your friends in on all the goodness in store.
I’m more than just a little overcome with the excitement! [wink]

And then there was my Earth Day post….not the usual thing about being green and recycling…but a celebration from my heart. I have no doubt that all you decor buffs and DIY’ers were happy that I finally came through with some ideas for making our homes more beautiful in a frugal kind of way. Hope you have enjoyed the Extraordinary goodness of the week. It’s been fun for me. [grin] You must know…I am really looking forward to next week!! Don’t miss a day!
Humbled and blessed.

Don’t miss out on fantastic Tuesday & Wednesday SALES!
I would definitely consider it a party to see beautiful blossoms such as this….it’s still a bit early here, although the flowering trees are taking on more color daily!
I follow a blogger who lives in Oregon and she’s been gardening and having flowers for a long time. I just assumed that the whole state there was ahead of me in spring. I bet you are excited to finally seeing things blooming too!
Hope your weekend is Extraordinary, Evelyn!
Gorgeous photo! I look forward to your week of celebrating! Congrats.
Thanks on both counts Jessica!
Hope all is well with you! 😉
Wow…..that first shot just captures the essence of springtime. It’s gorgeous with the sun streaming through and blue skies accenting the flowers. I remember blooming trees……vaguely….LOL I’m sure it’ll happen. They were holding out cuz they knew we were getting snow this last Tuesday. ANY day now, I’m sure!!
And you’ve had a busy week, ma’am. All this planning and posting and taking photos and creating AND working part time while you maintain a household–BOY you oughta sleep good at night! 😉
Congratulations on the anniversary of the web log. The growth and transformation is just amazing–and obvious reason for celebration. I’m gonna celebrate the crossing of paths and all the things stumbling across this wee place in cyberspace has brought to me. It’s been GOOD. And it’s been very awesome watching you ‘grow’.
Now–with that being said…….
Wooooohoooooooo!!! PARTY!!!!!!! LOL
What? No blooms yet? I bet you feel like you’ve been living at the north pole!!
Everyone needs a cheerleader like you to spur them on, Mel! 😀 Thank you for faithfully continuing the conversation. You are Extraordinary!!
You put a smile on my face and encourage my heart in ways you will never know. I’m so blessed that you stumbled on this dot in cyberspace. Do you remember how how?
It has been quite a week. You’ll discover that soon enough. 🙁
Now, it’s time to Paaarteeee! 😉
