It’s Monday and time for Project Inspire{d}!
I am so glad you’re here!
Now, is a good time to be scouring the woods for pine cones.
You’ll be wanting to add them to your late fall and holiday decor before you know it. Learn what I do to debug my pine cones and make them pop from this post from the archives. It’s a popular post lately. Feel free to “pin” these pine cone crafting tips to remember for later, too.
How was your weekend?
My weekend began on Thursday this week. Not really, but it sure felt like it as I got to meet a fellow blogger for breakfast. Oh so fun! Friday, we received our first snowfall of the season. That was certainly scarier than the trick-or-treaters that came to our door. We finished up our weekend with a leaf raking marathon and some window washing. I think window washing just might be my most favorite homemaking task. Or maybe I just love sparkly windows. [wink] It’s a task I like doing now while the weather is good, in preparation for the holidays.
Be sure to stop back every day this week for some extraordinary goodness.
Wednesday I’m kicking off a new series called Creating Christmas Memories with Vignettes. It will feature a different blogger’s vignette each week. I know you’re going to love it!
We’re not jumping in to Christmas just yet. I’ll have some great late fall ideas for you that you won’t want to miss, and something I’m really excited to share as well. There’s lots to look forward to in the days ahead!

Happy Monday! Lou Lou Girls
Okay….I came here to blame YOU, with ABSOLUTELY no knowledge this post was here. I’m baking pine cones and those swirly pods the thorny trees drop this time of year. It’s my attempt to teach a young, single new home owner who’s counting pennies that she really CAN grab things around her and get creative. AND you can have fun doing it!!
Yup, YOUR fault. LOL
And I’m telling her where to find you.
So keep doing what you do. My house smells wonderful because of it! LOL!!
