We’re in the holiday home stretch.

For those of us in the States, we’re counting down the days to Thanksgiving.  Just 26 from today!

This time of year, I really enjoy pumpkin dishes.  You too?

I make a pretty mean pumpkin pie… but my repertoire of tried and true pumpkin recipes is pretty small.

That just might all change with these….

  1. What a yummy looking round-up. The pumpkin scone and pumpkin ginger cookies look particularly delightful. Thanks for the feature!

    • Awww…thanks Lisa! They do look delicious and so do your fritters!
Thanks for sharing your Great Idea! at Project Inspire{d}!
Best wishes for an extraordinary day.

  2. Everyone loves a good pumpkin recipe, right? You’re such a doll for including one of my recipes in your roundup! Thanks so much Diane!

    • You are so welcome!! I’ve got to try your crock pot pumpkin oatmeal, Carrie. Not only does it sound good…but it’s nutritionally loaded, too!
Hope your week is off to an extraordinary start!

  3. all canned pumpkin? wish I knew how to get and use fresh pumpkin–I’m not suppose to eat things from cans–naturopath dr. orders! these all look great!
    glenda

    • Glenda…do you cook squash? Cooking pumpkin is essentially the same. Just make sure that it’s not too watery… let it chill in the fridge after it’s mashed well and any extra water will float to the top and you can dump it. Then use the pumpkin the same as if it were canned. You may need to weigh it for ounces if the recipe calls for a whole can. To be extra sure… “Google how to cook fresh pumpkin for pie making.”
Thanks for stopping by! Hope your day is extraordinary!

  4. I love, love, love pumpkins!!! Thank you so much for bringing me even more recipes. I have never even thought about sharing my own pumpkin recipes, now that I think of it. You’ll love them! Ok. I’ll share them, while it’s still Fall.

Thank you so much for linking this up and coming to our party every week. I so value your lovely contribution.
