I can hardly believe it!
It’s late December and there isn’t a flake on the ground here in Michigan.
After last year’s deep freeze and over abundance of snow… I’m loving it!
In fact, I think that I’ll celebrate with paper snowflakes this year. 🙂

Your snowflake is amazing. I too transition to winter decor this time of year! Its fun. I keep it really simple.
Thanks Susie! 🙂
I agree… it’s fun to make a specific transition, if only for a little while.
All the best for an extraordinary New Year!
Hello cute lady! Thank you for hosting such a fabulous party! Please come and join us at our party. It starts tonight at 7 pm. We would love to have you!

Your post gave me an idea. i keep a humane society angel gift tree at the local vet from mid-October thru Easter (noboby donates anything in spring and summer). I make angel ornaments and put homeless animal pics and needed supples on the ornaments. Your inspiration? – make snowflake ornaments and put a large flake on top of tree.
So far,we’re having a wet but mild winter here in central Virginia. Yay. In case you want to know specifically where I am, I live in New Kent County, home of the first First Lady as well as First Lady Tyler. Yes, 2 First Ladies.
Gail, I love the idea of a snowflake tree for winter. What a fun switch up after Christmas. 🙂
Here’s to wishing those snowflakes bring in more needed supplies than ever.
