Hello, friends!  Thanks for coming by!

I have a long history of pulling out the sewing machine each summer.  It seems there’s always something I want to whip up.  It started when I was learning to sew and continued on through my college years when I was always sewing up a new simple summer dress, skirt, or shorts for a date.  I never made anything complicated.  There wasn’t time.  Between work and the beach… a few hours was all I had.

If you only have a few hours… you too can have fun creating with fabric this summer.  You don’t need to get out the sewing machine for every project.  Why not make a fun garland, some napkins, a tote bag, or a wall hanging.  Whatever you do…  Check out these creative fabric crafts shared with us at last week’s edition of Project Inspire{d}!   And be prepared to fill up your Pinterest board with all these clever and creative ideas.
