Back in October I wrote a 31-Day Series, “31 Extraordinary Days to Be…”
In a nutshell I took us on a journey to learn to Be…
fully and beautifully alive in our “skin” and in our homes and beyond.
Each week during the series, I addressed how we could Be…Encouraging.
It’s always great to be on the receiving end of encouragement. Some of you are amazingly encouraging and I have been the blessed recipient of your kind words. Others of us don’t come by it naturally, so I put together a list of 52 Practical and Thoughtful Ways to Encourage Others. Essentially one for each week of the year.
What’s interesting to me, is that lately, it has become a popular post…some days making it on my top four.
October seems like a long time ago, so I thought that it would be good to be reminded of how, in many simple ways, we can encourage a fellow sojourner. Please use the ideas that fit your style. Try on some others that might be outside your comfort zone. And please share 52 Ways to Encourage Others with your friends.
Everyone could use a bit of encouragement. And spring is a great time to spread a little love and joy.
And now, on to our Extraordinary Link Party….
I cannot wait to see what you share at Project Inspire{d} this week!

I could give you a big ole hug!! Thank you LuAnn!
Wow! There are some inspiring posts this week, as always. Looks like many are starting to think about gardening and planting. Thank you for hosting, Diane (and all you ladies). Blessings!
Kim
Kim…I think I need to start dreaming about it…even if I have no idea what lies ahead. My window box gardening post from last year has been very popular lately, too. And dreaming is good….especially since we’re to get a huge winter storm tomorrow night with the forecast for something like an inch of snow per hour. I hope the storm comes and goes in an hour or two. 😉 I’m looking forward to seeing your ‘gardening notebook.’ It’s something I’ve never done….and should have.
Blessings….
Thanks for hosting!!
I’m so glad you’re joining in the fun today, Rach!
Hope your week is Extraordinary!!
Questions: where is your HTML code for your button?
Hi Rach! Hmmmm….I know you can copy and paste it with the code attached for this post…but…I don’t think that’s what you’re asking. I will get back to on that. Thanks for asking
Ladies thanks so much for hosting tonight 🙂 Happy Monday!

Thank you for hosting!
Welcome friend!!
Hope your week has been extraordinary!
Hi Diane, I just found you through Imparting Grace. So glad I stopped in. Love your blog and will be following along.
Kim! I’m thrilled that you popped by to introduce yourself.
Thanks for all your kind words, too!
May your weekend be extraordinarily blessed!
Oh mannn…I’m gonna hope they were as wrong about your snow as they were about ours… And go figure I adored the feathers and thought “gosh….wouldn’t they be adorable made with book pages”…LOL.
Oh they weren’t too wrong. We had near blizzard conditions, school was cancelled, and we ended up with at least 8 inches of snow with big drifts. Fortunately, the sky cleared that night, we dipped in the double negatives, but the sun came out and really melted a lot. Today…we might hit 50!!! March…the roller coaster month!! LOL!
Haha!! You know what I was thinking. 😉
Thinking of you today…. 😉
Hi, I’m visiting from SITS. Love your list and many of the things we can do to encourage others is really very simple. Thank you for the reminder that even the smallest things we do can encourage and motivate and help lift someone up. Have a great weekend.
Debra…you are an encourager for sure!! Thank you for taking the time to pop over. 🙂
Best wishes for an Extraordinary weekend!
Diane, I go back to your ‘Encourage’ post all the time. It’s just that important and special!
Seriously? I am truly humbled by that Stacey. Thank you for letting me know.
[hugs]
Many thanks for joining in with Say G’day Saturday linky Party! Hope to see you again this weekend.
Best wishes,
