Every year, when the calendar page flips to September, my eyes are peeled for pumpkin sightings and tastings.

You might say I’ve a penchant for pumpkin treats and recipes!

For the past few weeks I’ve been drooling over the many pumpkin treats and recipes linked up at our weekly Project Inspire{d} Link Party.

When I was a little girl, my dad used to take us to a Swedish smoragabord restaurant.  One of his favorite food there was bread pudding.  So, when I saw this recipe I immediately jumped back in time to savor that warm sweet goodness.  There’s no doubt this pumpkin pudding cake would evoke wonderful memories every year.  Mmmm.
