Lovely.
Floating.
Flakes.
Gathering.
Whiteness.
Snowfall.
The other evening we had an unexpected snow at dinner time.
Look closely and you can see the large falling snowflakes.
It was a magical few hours. Truly extraordinary!!
Supper was ready and I sat down to eat. However I could not contain myself.
It was getting late and the light was getting low. So, I excused myself from the table, grabbed my camera, and attempted to capture the moment. The windows which had been locked against the winter winds were cranked open to capture this photo and many more. Such a beautiful view. My heart was dancing.
When was the last time that you were so excited or enraptured by something that you had to put everything else aside to take in the beauty or experience?

Falling snow is, Nancy!! I’m pretty sure that I was a bit amusing to my husband…but since I could just enjoy its beauty…I did!!
Hope your weekend is Extraordinary!
Wonderful capture…well worth cranking the windows open for methinks!
It’s been awhile but I DO have a reputation for chasing sunsets which seem to coincide with dinner time more frequently than I care to share..LOL…..thank goodness for spouses with a bit of patience and a grand sense of humour, huh?! 🙂
Thank you!!
Oh yes! Dinner and sunset. Everything gets dropped to go running down the street to try to get a good photo. I wonder what the neighbors think of me…high tailing it down the road, no jacket, as fast as my feet will carry me in hopes of a great capture. I’m grateful for someone who enjoys it as much as me. 😀
Happy weekend.
Love the snow clinging to the limbs like a white shadow… I’m so glad you came by to share on Weekly Top Shot #70!
I love how God decorates the trees! 🙂
Hope your week is extraordinary, Madge!
