There’s something exciting about the New Year and a fresh start.

So many new things await us.

Recently my e-mail box had a very special invitation from Mary Beth of Cupcakes and Crinoline, to be a part of the hosting team for Project Inspire{d}.  I’ve been linking up my projects since Mary Beth birthed this link party and through that initial invitation we became blogging friends.  So of course I said, “Yes!”

I’m so blessed to join the gals who host Project Inspire{d} and hope you will plan to meet me here each week.

If you’re a blogger….bring your most inspiring projects to the party each Monday night at 8 o’clock EST.  I can’t wait to see what fresh start ideas you have for the beginning of the New Year!!

Features from Last Week’s Party

One of the fun and challenging parts of hosting a blog party is getting to select features from among all the talent and inspiration.  It’s a tough job…and I get to do it!!!

My pick of the week….
is this most extraordinary and delectable looking Earthquake Cake from The First Year Blog.  I love German Chocolate Cake and this kicks it up to a whole new level of sweet bliss.

  5. Mel says

Oh……PARTY!!!!!!! I had such good wanders about the last time you had a party happening.
I’m excited for you, though undoubtedly there’s a bit of work involved here.
I’ll have to visit later this week……it’s been a busy, tail chasing week already.
Repeat of last week, pretty much. LOL I will catch my tail eventually–and I’ll have party goods to look through when I do.

    • Diane says

Last time I did a 6-week stint…this time it’s a permanent position. Have fun, after you catch your tail. 😉 My little cat likes to try to catch her tail…it’s really humorous. Hope that means there’s a laugh or two in your chasing lately. 😉
Having said that…I understand exactly….that’s why I am so behind on comments and I haven’t been over to visit in a while.
      [hugs]
