We all have favorite moments, favorite things, and favorite people.

This book page tablescape is my favorite tablescape, and I’ve create a few.

I created it last year with what was around my house….books, mason jars, and crabapple blossoms.

It came about because of some lovely limitations and forced me to be super creative.

I’d love to hear about your most creative moment and how it came to be.

And now…on to our party!

Welcome to Project Inspire{d}!

Summer has surely arrived in our neck of the woods.  The school year is wrapping up and we’ve been seeing 80 degree weather. Last week we celebrated Memorial Day, the unofficial first day of summer for most.  I hope you had a great time last Monday remembering veterans and thanking our military families, getting lots of projects done, and enjoying family, friends, and good food.

We missed some of you because of the holiday….but all of you who were able to come, brought your best to the party. Here are just a few, of the many, inspiring projects that caught the eye of my co-hosts, and mine too.

Features from Last Week’s Party

My Pick….

When I was growing up, my mom would sometimes bake bread.
Her Swedish caraway rye bread was my favorite.  It was always an earth, rustic loaf of homemade goodness.
When I spied this amazing round oat loaf with the stenciled top, I started drooling.
Doesn’t it look amazing?  Aimee is so creative in the kitchen.

There’s more!!

We all would love to have a little more exposure,
so every Saturday I’ll be putting together…

Mary Beth’s Pick….

Just in time for baby’s arrival Katie and her husband created this dramatic, perfect for a boy,
herringbone accent wall in the nursery.  Don’t miss the tutorial with lots of helpful tips!

Malia’s Pick…

More delicious food!  Seriously a rustic berry pie could be a meal for me.  You too?
Beth has me wanting to make this, now!

Stephanie’s Pick…

These patriotic popcicles have watermelon and blueberries and lemonade…
everything that makes my summer summer in the food department.
Raise your hand if you’re going to make some for your crew or next party.

I missed last week….and possibly the week before. *sigh* I think it’s fair to say that life is kicking my butt! Well, that’s my lousy excuse anyway. And the truth is I’ve gotten out of my routine and failed to establish a new one. I can give more excuses on that if you like. LOL..it would seem I’m good at that!
Sooo…LOL…forward into today and this moment. I’m all about any bookpage idea. I even have the book pages!! And I have some creative excuses for doing very little with them. LOL. I’ll spare ya that one! 😉

  6. Hey Sweet Lady! Thank you so much for hosting your fun party!

  9. Love your bookpage tablescape Diane! I went back and read the original post. I have these same jars and love them. They look so cute with the book page collars. I will have to try that with at least one of mine 🙂 Thank you for sharing at What We Accomplished Wednesdays. Have a lovely week!
    Blessings,
    Deborah

  10. Happy Pink Saturday, Diane. I am so glad you joined us today.

I love your book page tablescape. I, too, love bringing blooms in from our yard. My tables are usually dressed with a surprise from outside.
